“Time is what we want most, but what we use worst” said William Penn, the 19th Century founder of Pennsylvania.  Indeed a perceived lack of time can cause much distress, guilt  and stress, as if having more time would be the answer to all of our difficulties.  What if it wasn’t that we needed more time, but to see how to use the time we currently have more creatively, or to change our relationship to it?  Counselling can be a useful process to uncover things about yourself that could be hindering you unknowingly, such as the person who has to do everything themselves and finds it hard to ask for help, or the student terrified of starting an assignment as they believe that they are not clever enough to do it well.  Take a little time out to know yourself better and perhaps become more productive in the process.  If you’re interested why not give Kim a quick call, text or email for more details?
