How we think can have a direct impact and influence how we feel, act and behave. How we act and behave can directly influence how we feel and think. If you suffer from a low self-seteem or low self-confidence, acting more confident (without feeling more confident) can actually lead to you feeling more confident! Confident actions include an upright posture, eye contact and purposeful movement-try it for yourself and be amazed and what you can achieve!
