Great news for stress sufferers- a Mindfulness course to reduce stress & anxiety comes to Wrexham.

I am a Breathworks Accredited Mindfulness Teacher and shall be offering the next Mindfulness for Stress Course  in Acton, at St Margaret’s Church Hall, Wrexham on Monday 21st September 7.30pm – 9.30pm.  It runs for 8 consecutive weeks and involves learning about our thoughts and anxieties, the latest neuroscience findings and how they support the theory and practice of Mindfulness.  Don’t worry it’s not “stuffy” or complicated”!  We shall practice some meditations and we can share how things are for us. It is very informal, and lots of fun…we have an opportunity to have refreshments (and biscuits!).  On similar courses, participants have said they gain such a lot from the other group members.
