We all have moments when we feel irritated or angry, and when we feel that other people are not behaving appropriately or courteously. Perhaps never more so than now, where social distancing is of paramount importance, are the (in-)actions of others causing us strife as their values are not matching ours! This meditation uses kindness as way to compassionately turn towards these difficulties and self-soothe.
