In the current climate of restricted activity, face to face (F2F) meetings are not able to be offered. However all is not lost! Kim is able to provide counselling and mindfulness services using Zoom (video call), the telephone or walk and talk (with a sit outside) therapy.
During the pandemic Kim is offering additional mindfulness sessions of 40 minutes duration (meditations of around 25 to 35 minutes).
