The Mindful Way Workbook is an easy to use self-contained 8 week program to help you through depression and emotional distress.  I has a CD of guided meditations and lots of work sheets for you to complete so that you can become familiar with your thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations.  It has a Cognitive Behavioural therapy feel to it and is very user-friendly.
