This is a fantastic opportunity to participate in an 8 week Mindfulness for Stress course.

As an accredited Breathworks  teacher I am able to offer this to you in Acton, Wrexham.  It commences Monday 21st September at 7.30pm and runs for 8 consecutive weeks. I will provide you with a work book and a set of CDs with guided meditations. Over the 8 weeks we shall explore our thoughts, what “autopilot” is, the negativity bias and our emotional regulation system, among others.  This forms the basis for familiarizing ourselves with how our minds and bodies operate, and how they each interact with our emotions and each other.  Of course there are meditations each session and gentle T’ai Chi, Pilates and Yoga movements.  We shall explore the ways in which practicing Mindfulness reduces our stress and there are many opportunities to practice this within each session and with the home exercises.  These courses are always a lot of fun and very informal…and there are always biscuits in the tea break!
