I have had great success with this book working with those with depression, anxiety or stress.  The author describes depression as akin to “blowing a fuse” and how it affects the “strong” people.  He includes self-help strategies including mindfulness based ones.  It is written in a very concise, precise and easy style-no jargon or medical speak despite being written by a psychiatrist.  The pictures are relevant and useful and funny at times.
